It is very sturdy with no movement when reasonably windy and the bathtub groundsheet prevents rain from bouncing in (Friends of ours in a Vango Beta 350 got wet inside - we stayed totally dry !

It's very intuitive to put up and adjust but I later found it impossible to get it all back in its bag at the wet and windy campsite.I bought this tent due to my last tent being a Coleman, which was cracking, survived all manner of weather, even the tail end of a hurricane. The side door zips are double ended, which I found useful, being able to partially open the door from the top like a window yet retaining some privacy. I managed to break the pole getting out on the last day of the festival (The metal snapped that holds the poles taught) but i did fall on it to be fair to it, They are really tough and they are really cheap to replace.

You know some tents where every single design decision is wrong, and others where every single design decision is right? The first night we used it was very wet and windy but everything stayed dry inside thanks to the rising edges on the porch groundsheet. This is a great touring / weekends away tent - I have managed to put it up in less than 8 minutes in driving wind and rain. This means that if you need to go outside in the rain, you will have to put your shoes and rain jacket on while crouching in the tiny front area.This is also a dry-setup structure, so the inner remains protected if you are forced to set the camp in rain. I camped next to a very similar shaped tent made by another manufacturer but there was no comparison in the quality of the product. One is that as many have mentioned, the entrance pieces seem to be mis-shapen: you cannot have them taut if you also want the "door" taut. A bathtub groundsheet, for the living area, was provided with the tent but this wasn't needed as the ground was dry.
